1.  Item/s will only be shipped upon receipt of payment.  

 

2.  We will ship your order within  1-2 working days after payment is confirmed.  Kindly allow us 24 hours to verify your payment.  For faster verification, ensure that payment details text-ed/MSG are complete with proof of payment attached to the MSG (tracking number). Orders with incomplete details will not be confirmed. 

 

3.  Shipping schedule is from Monday-Saturday only.  Monday – Friday shipping time is between 5 - 6 pm, Saturday we ship out early -- 11 am.  Paid transactions done on Saturday will be scheduled for shipping on Monday.

 

4.  Luxxe Products does not deliver the items. We have a third-party carrier that handles the deliveries of all orders.  Luxxe Products will only ship out the orders.   It is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the items promptly.

 

5.  Once your orders have been shipped, we will send you the tracking number of your package thru text MSG.  We will no longer be responsible for the item/s once it leaves our possession.  The tracking number is provided to you for you to track your packages with the shipping company.  Contact details and tracking number will be provided to you by us (via text) once orders have been shipped. 

 

6.  Kindly allow 1-2 days for courier to process & deliver your package.   Delivery dates are estimates only. Please consider Holidays, Sundays, severe weather condition & unavoidable incidents which may cause delay of your package.  Couriers are third-party entities that are separate/not part of Luxxe Products.  We have no control over courier’s delivery schedules.  If for any reason you have difficulties, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help contact the courier for you.

 

7.  We will not be liable for any damages or lost items incurred during shipping. 

 

8.  Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer. PROMO or BULK ORDER is an exemption (Shipping cost will vary on the weight of the item/s, and location where it is to be shipped).  Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
